Delivery schedule
Available days are listed during ordering. If delivery cannot be completed because of an abnormal event, a refund or the next available delivery date will be provided.
Delivery conditions
Customers receive an estimated date, an exact time within a week of the delivery period, and a follow-up on the morning of delivery.
Cancellations and refunds
Trees are non-refundable and online orders cannot be cancelled. Contact Jack Frost for help altering an order. Stands and funnels may be replaced if deemed defective.
Tree quality
Real trees are natural products. With proper watering, expect 3–5 weeks of freshness. If you are unhappy with your tree on delivery, contact Jack Frost within 24 hours.
