  1. Delivery Schedule:
  • Available days will be listed upon checkout.
  • If a delivery fails to be completed (due to natural disasters, car accidents or anything abnormal) a refund will be provided or a Next available delivery date.

  • Sutherland shire, Botany Bay, Bondi Beach, Eastern Suburbs, St George, Sydney CBD,

  1. Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Tree's are non-refundable, we cannot cancel orders once placed online however we can assist too alter your order if you contact a member at Jack Frost via jackfrostchristmastrees@gmail.com
  • Stands and funnels may be replaced if deemed defected 

 

  1. Delivery Conditions:
  • There is a maximum of 1 tree per order, anything over will need to be a seperate order
  • Customers will be sent an estimated delivery date within a week of the delivery period 
  • A time frame will be sent the morning of the delivery

 

  1. Tree Quality and Guarantee:
  • We do not not guarantee or warrant the longevity of the tree's
  • Being an natural product your price range gives you a more handpicked approach, we have a quality standard and freshness level if you feel these are not met please contact our support team, refunds are not available.
