7 Ways Sydney Offices, Aged Care Homes and Apartments Get a Real Christmas Tree Without Lifting a Thing

A real Christmas tree changes a room. Walk into a reception, a residents' lounge or an apartment foyer with a fresh pine in the corner and the whole place feels like December. What nobody wants is the job that comes with it: finding a tree, getting it there, wrestling it into a stand, decorating it, keeping it alive and then getting rid of it in January.

1. Who is this service for?

• Offices and workplaces that want a real tree in reception, the boardroom or the break-out space.
• Aged care and nursing homes that want a tree residents and families can enjoy, without staff having to set it up.
• Concierge and apartment buildings where lots of residents want their own tree, delivered on one organised day.

Each of these gets its own custom install or delivery days, set aside from our home deliveries.

2. How do the office and aged care packages work?

There are three packages, and you choose online on our Offices & Aged Care page:

• Delivered & Installed: a fresh-cut real tree, delivered and installed in its stand. Tree only, no decorating. From $839.95 for a 7ft tree.
• Delivered, Installed & Styled: we decorate the tree with our hire decorations in the style you pick, and it comes with a tree skirt in white or red.
• Delivered, Installed & Your Decorations: we install the tree and decorate it with the decorations you already own.

Trees come in 7ft, 8ft, 9ft and 10ft. 11ft and 12ft trees are available on request.

3. Can you decorate it for us?

Yes. With Delivered, Installed & Styled, the decorations are hired for the season, styled on the tree by our team, then packed away and collected when we remove the tree. You pick the look: Classic Bows, Bows & Ornaments, White & Gold Floral, or Silver & White Flowers, Bows & Ornaments.

4. What day will the tree be installed?

You pick your install date when you book. Trees are installed between 9am and 5pm on your chosen day. You'll get an email reminder the day before and an SMS on the morning with live delivery tracking. Need a different day? Call Jack and we'll see what we can do.

5. How does it work for nursing homes and aged care?

We deliver and install trees in aged care and nursing homes and work around residents and staff. We'll plan access and timing with you before the day, so the tree goes up quietly and safely. Call Jack on 0480 221 440 to plan it.

6. How does it work for concierge and apartment buildings?

1. Jack arranges a delivery day with your concierge or building manager.
2. Your building is added to our Apartments page, with its delivery date and removal date.
3. Residents pick their tree size, add their floor and unit number, and pay online.
4. We deliver to each apartment and set the tree up in its stand.
5. We collect the trees on the agreed removal date.

7. What happens after Christmas?

Removal is included in every office and aged care package, on your choice of Monday 28 December or Monday 4 January. Every package also includes a watering funnel and a tree care guide for your team. A fresh-cut tree stays fresh for 4 to 5 weeks when it's kept watered and away from heat.
